Refund policy
Every Effort is made to ensure that all goods leaving our premises are in perfect condition. However if for any reason you are not entirely delighted with your purchase you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, undamaged and with the original packaging. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned, including its packaging, when making a refund.

We strongly advise customers to return goods via registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalised items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
