By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Condition.

SALE & PURCHASE

A contract between the customer and Memory Essence for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched).  This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

PRICES

All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are exclusive of delivery and packaging.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice, however every effect is made to ensure this will not happen.

SHIPPING

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days subject to stock availability.  If any produce is not available at the time of your order we will inform you by email and your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible.

We have 2 standard delivery charges for mainland UK & Northern Ireland.  These are calculated on weight and size of the parcel - £3.30 and £4.99. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we only deliver to mainland UK & Northern Ireland at present.

LOCAL COLLECTION

If you wish to collect your goods in person, please select this option at checkout.  We will then contact you directly to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your goods.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch.  If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

RETURNS POLICY

Every Effort is made to ensure that all goods leaving our premises are in perfect condition.  However, if for any reason you are not entirely delighted with your purchase you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.  We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, undamaged and with the original packaging.  We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned, including its packaging, when making a refund.

To start a return, please contact us directly at info@memoryessence.co.uk. 

We strongly advise customers to return goods via registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
